He hits them over the head with a rock and then attacks them
He’s been sighted a lot over the past few days and has been attempting to attack girls last night and this morning in Hyde Park
He has a limp and has recently been spotted by the university and over on Cardigan road
These areas are right by my house which is terrifying as none of us even feel safe walking down the street to the local shop
